Trend micro is not updating
Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply automatic update on the endpoints with TM on them by using task “Core Protection Module - Apply Automatic Updates” .
But unable to perform any automatic updates and I am getting the below error, Downloads File Status Details c_797.801 Failed [-] [ ] Download error: "Unexpected HTTP response: 400 Bad Request" Download requested by client: URL: Hash: (sha1)03fb578f4f8470174e7edf3a6cefc30e8b65d2cc Size: 29522 bytes Next retry: The download will be retried the next time it is requested.

To know the status and update history of Windows 10. Windows stated that “To ensure a seamless update experience, we are blocking devices running the affected business endpoint security products from being offered Windows 10, version 1809, until a specific Trend Micro Critical Patch (CP) is applied.”So new update can only be applied when Trend Micro will apply the Critical Patch to its security software.
All new Trend Micro products use a new multi-digit format for displaying the numbers of pattern files.

I have reinstalled Trends but still get the "installing an update" message continually. Step 3: If the issue still persists, you can try to reinstall the Trend Micro program.

Microsoft and trend micro reported a compatibility issue with Office Scan and Worry-Free Business endpoint security software.
So Microsoft has blocked the updates for these users.
